My students love to do directed drawings. I saw a cute picture of Olaf posted on Facebook from Laugh Eat Learn. I knew immediately that my students would love doing this project.
We first practiced drawing on our whiteboards several times. The next day, we drew it first with pencil and then the students traced over it with black crayon. We finished our picture by painting with watercolors. After they dried, a few of the pictures needed touch up with the black crayon.
I am so busy with teaching that I forget to take pictures while they are doing the project. I did remember to snap one picture at the very end.
The students enjoy drawing so much that they are going home and searching the internet for more drawing lessons.
These turned out simply adorable!! I'm so glad you were able to use them in your classroom!! :]
